Editorial policy
People use this site to make serious decisions about health and money. That obliges us to say plainly how our content is made, what it is based on, and what happens when we get something wrong.
How content is produced and reviewed
Articles are written by the Medtu Care team from our own casework and from the sources listed below, then reviewed before publication against our ethics charter. Content that describes a condition, procedure, risk, or recovery is additionally held to a clinical review step and carries a medical disclaimer: it is general information, not medical advice, and all medical decisions rest with you and your treating doctors.
Dating and updates
Every article shows its publication date, and a revised date when it is materially updated. Guidance that depends on external rules — visas, flights, insurance schemes, exchange rates — is reviewed when those rules change; if you are reading an older article, treat the official source as current, not us.
Sourcing standards
Factual claims are grounded in sources a reader can verify: government portals and official publications, official visa sites, and data hospitals publish about themselves. Where a claim is our own operational experience, we say so. We do not source claims from other agents' marketing.
Costs in articles
Cost articles show ballpark ranges, and each states its methodology — where the ranges were compiled from and when. These ranges are editorial context, kept deliberately separate from our own published fees: our facilitation fees are exact, founder-approved figures listed on the Fees page, and nothing in an article changes them. Your treatment cost is only ever quoted for your specific case, itemized, in writing.
The pre-publish gate
Nothing is published on this site until it passes the checks in our ethics charter: no outcome promises or success rates, no superlatives, no named doctors or hospitals on commercial pages, no invented prices, and no urgency tactics. The verbatim commitments we repeat across the site — the facilitator disclosure, the no-commission pledge, the published fees — are reused exactly, never paraphrased.
Corrections
If you find an error — factual, medical, or numerical — email aditya@medtu.care with the article link and what you believe is wrong. Corrections are read by the founder. Verified errors are fixed in the article, and material corrections are noted with the article's revised date. We would rather correct in public than be quietly wrong.
