1. Who we are
Medtu Care is a medical travel facilitator. We are not a hospital, and we do not provide medical care. All medical decisions rest with you and your treating doctors. Medtu Care operates from Indore, India, with its registered office in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
2. What we do
We provide facilitation services: arranging consultations and written second opinions with independent specialist doctors, obtaining hospital quotes, and coordinating treatment-related logistics in India, including travel services through our sister company Tripcuro.
3. What we do not do
- We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- We do not guarantee any medical outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee.
- We do not accept commissions from hospitals for patient referrals.
4. Fees
Our fees are paid by you, agreed in writing before a service begins, and itemized separately from any hospital charges. Hospital and doctor charges are set by those providers, not by us.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and records you share with us, and for decisions made with your treating doctors. Please do not send medical records through unsecured channels; we provide a secure link for documents.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
