What every guide covers

Medical visa, step by step

How the Indian medical visa and e-Medical visa process works, what the hospital invitation letter is, and what attendants travelling with you need.

Travel and arrival

Planning flights around treatment dates, what to carry in hand luggage (records, medicines), and what airport pickup and the first day look like.

Payments and money

How hospital deposits and payments typically work for international patients, currency and transfer practicalities, and how our itemized quotes keep it legible.

Accommodation and daily life

Staying near your hospital, food and dietary needs, SIM cards and connectivity, and arranging things for the family members with you, through our travel arm Tripcuro.

Language support

How interpretation works during consultations and hospital stays, and which languages we can arrange support for.

Going home: follow-up care

What a good discharge looks like, which documents to insist on, and how we hand over to your local doctor for continuing care.

The same model, from every country

Paid by you. Answerable to you.

We take no commissions from hospitals. Our fees are paid by you, published upfront, and itemized separately from your hospital bill.

Wherever your journey starts, the fees are the same, published in full, and each step is credited to the next.

We respond within four business hours. We are a small team — on weekends, expect a reply within one business day.

International patients: FAQs

My country isn’t listed: can you still help?
Yes. The guides cover the countries we hear from most, but the process (records, a teleconsult or written second opinion, itemized quotes, then coordinated treatment) is the same from anywhere. Ask us directly about your country’s visa route and payment practicalities; if we don’t know the answer, we will find out rather than guess.
Does everyone need an Indian medical visa?
No. It depends on your nationality and documents. Many nationalities can apply online for the e-Medical visa, some need an in-person sticker visa, Nepali citizens need no visa at all under the open border, and OCI cardholders can travel for treatment without a separate medical visa. Each country guide covers the specifics; always confirm current rules on the official Indian visa portal.
What does every guide cover?
The same practical ground each time: who the guide is for, the step-by-step process, the visa route in practice, realistic flight options, how payment works from that country, what to prepare, and country-specific questions we hear often.
Are your fees different depending on my country?
No. The same published fees apply from every country: $50 for a remote consultation, $150 for a written second opinion, and $1,000 for full journey coordination, each step credited in full to the next. The full menu, crediting and refund rules are on the Fees page.

Have a country-specific question now?

Ask us about visa paperwork, payments, or travelling with family. If we don't know the answer for your country, we'll find out rather than guess.
