Flights reality
Almaty–Delhi is a daily nonstop of about three and a half hours as of mid-2026, with Mumbai–Almaty flying several times a week. Delhi is closer to Almaty than Istanbul is, and far closer than Seoul. From Astana or other cities you connect through Almaty. Treatment in other Indian cities usually means a short domestic hop from Delhi. How payment works
Two separate payments, never mixed. Treatment costs go from you to the hospital directly, on the hospital's own invoice, at rates we lock in writing before you travel. We never hold or route treatment money. From Kazakhstan this is the easiest payment corridor in Central Asia: Visa and Mastercard are widely held and ordinary international transfers work normally. The largest Russian-language marketplace has described clinics sharing around 15% of the invoice, and industry analyses put the padding built into brokered international quotes at roughly 25–35%. "Free" shapes where you are sent, and it is ultimately priced into what you pay. We take no commissions from hospitals.
