Medtu Care

Why Medtu Care exists

Medtu Care helps international patients get remote consultations, written second opinions, and treatment coordinated at hospitals across India. Patient-paid and hospital-neutral: we take no commissions from hospitals.

Most medical travel to India runs on referral commissions. An agent finds a patient, sends them to a partner hospital, and the hospital pays the agent a percentage the patient never sees, folded somewhere into the bill. The result is predictable: patients get routed to whoever pays the agent most, not to whoever fits their case.

Medtu Care was founded in Indore, India, to run the other way around. You pay us. We work only for you. Because no hospital pays us anything, no hospital can buy a place on your shortlist. We route each case to the hospitals across India that fit it, and we put every cost on paper where you can read it.

We are founder-led and deliberately small. The person who reads your first message is the same team that coordinates your case. There is no hand-off to a sales floor. Our wedge is simple and honest: start with a paid teleconsultation or a written second opinion from a specialist in our network. If travel makes sense after that, we facilitate it end to end. If it doesn't, you've spent a consultation fee to avoid a bad trip, which we consider a good outcome.

The Tripcuro travel arm

Treatment travel is still travel: flights, visas, airport pickups, a place for your family to stay near the hospital. Our sister company Tripcuro handles this side, so medical coordination and travel logistics work as one plan instead of two vendors pointing at each other.

How we work: our commitments

These are standing commitments, not marketing copy. If you ever find us falling short of one, write to aditya@medtu.care. It goes to the founder.

Paid only by patients

We take no commissions from hospitals. Our fees are paid by you, published upfront, and itemized separately from your hospital bill.

Itemized fees, always

Every quote you receive from us separates hospital charges from our facilitation fee, line by line. If a number changes, you see why. No bundled “packages” that hide who is charging what.

Honest about uncertainty

Medicine carries uncertainty and anyone who promises you results is selling something. We never quote success rates, we never use words like “guaranteed,” and the doctors in our network are chosen partly for the same honesty.

Your records stay private

We protect your medical records with encryption in transit and at rest, single-use per-case access links, full access logging, strict data-minimization, and a documented breach-response procedure — security practices aligned with the data-security principles of the EU GDPR and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Records are shared only with the doctors and hospitals working on your case, never sold or used for marketing. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

One boundary frames all of it: Medtu Care is a medical travel facilitator. We are not a hospital, and we do not provide medical care. All medical decisions rest with you and your treating doctors.

Common questions about us

How can I verify Medtu Care is legitimate?
Check us the way you would check anyone: our fees are published on the Fees page, so you know the numbers before you talk to us. You pay every hospital directly, on the hospital’s own invoice. We never hold treatment money. The person answering your message is the founder, reachable on WhatsApp and by email. We published a verification checklist, “How to Avoid Medical Travel Scams,” on our blog, and it is written to be used on any facilitator, including us.
How does Medtu Care make money?
Only from the published fees patients pay us. We take no commissions from hospitals. Our fees are paid by you, published upfront, and itemized separately from your hospital bill. The full schedule, crediting and refund rules are on the Fees page.
Where is Medtu Care based?
We are based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and coordinate treatment for patients travelling from abroad at hospitals across India. Travel logistics (flights, stay, airport pickup) run through our sister company Tripcuro.
