Online video consultation with an Indian specialist
Before you book a flight, or agree to a procedure at home, talk to a specialist. We arrange a scheduled video consultation with a doctor from our network whose specialty matches your condition, and we handle everything around it so you can spend the call on your questions instead of logistics.
What you get
- A scheduled video consultation with a specialist from our network who is relevant to your condition, not a call-center agent
- Help preparing your file beforehand, so the specialist has your history and reports in usable form
- An interpreter arranged for the call if you need one (tell us your language when you book)
- A written summary of the consultation: what was discussed, what the specialist advised, and your options
- Clear possible next steps (including “no further action needed”), with no obligation to continue with us
Fee: $50 (≈ ₹4,300). Every fee is credited in full to the next step: the $50 consultation fee comes off the $150 second opinion, and the $150 second-opinion fee comes off the $1,000 full journey fee. You never pay twice for moving forward. See the full fee schedule and crediting rules.
We take no commissions from hospitals. Our fees are paid by you, published upfront, and itemized separately from your hospital bill.
INR equivalents are approximate, at about ₹86 per US dollar. The USD figure is the fee.
How it works
- 1
Tell us about your case
Share your condition and what treatment has been advised, via the form or WhatsApp. We confirm which specialty fits and send you a secure link for your reports.
- 2
We match and schedule
We propose a specialist from our network and a time that works across time zones. You confirm before anything is booked.
- 3
The consultation
A video call between you and the specialist, with family members welcome. Ask whatever you need to. We handle the logistics and stay out of the medicine.
- 4
Written summary and options
You receive a written summary and, if relevant, what treatment in India could look like for your case. What happens next is entirely your decision.
Who it's for
- You have a diagnosis and want to speak to a specialist before deciding anything
- A major procedure has been advised and you want to understand it better in plain language
- You are considering treatment in India and want a doctor’s view before booking any travel
- You are helping a parent or relative make sense of a diagnosis and need clarity for the family
The honest scope of a teleconsult
- A video call cannot replace a physical examination. For some conditions the specialist's honest answer will be that a firm view needs in-person assessment or further tests.
- It is not for emergencies. If your situation is urgent, go to your nearest emergency department. A scheduled consultation across time zones is the wrong tool.
- The medical opinion belongs to the consulting doctor; our role is the facilitation around it. All medical decisions rest with you and your treating doctors.
