Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy is being reviewed by counsel and will be updated. Until then, only the general statements below apply, and nothing on this page overrides your statutory rights.

General principles that already apply

You are never charged a Medtu Care fee without agreeing to it in writing first, so there are no surprise amounts to dispute.
The specific cancellation terms for each service — consultation, written second opinion, facilitation — will be published alongside the fee menu, before you book.
Hospital charges, doctor fees, and travel bookings (including those arranged through Tripcuro) are governed by the respective provider's own cancellation terms. We tell you what those terms are before you commit, and we help you exercise them if plans change.
Where a refund is due to you under agreed terms, we process it to the original payment method and confirm it in writing.

If something has gone wrong

Write to aditya@medtu.care with your booking details. Refund and cancellation questions go to the founder, not a queue.
