We take no commissions from hospitals. Our fees are paid by you, published upfront, and itemized separately from your hospital bill. Because kwanza-to-hard-currency access can be slow or rationed, we settle the funding plan before anything is booked. In practice a relative abroad, often in Portugal, frequently pays the hospital directly in USD or euros, with every document written so that sponsor can verify exactly what they are paying for.

Is a remote consultation worth it before we commit to travelling?
From Angola, we think it is the first step that makes sense. It answers the question that matters: is this journey medically worth making at all? Sometimes the honest answer is no.
