“Single PNR” means one booking, one ticket, through-checked bags: the difference between an airline owing you a connection and two airlines owing you nothing. For medical travel it matters more than for holidays — a missed self-transfer with a surgery date is a different order of problem. The connections that do not exist
Emirates–IndiGo. The pairing people assume most does not exist: Emirates’ only Indian domestic codeshare partner is SpiceJet, which serves none of these three cities. A Dubai routing to Indore, Nagpur or Bhopal is not a single ticket unless Air India Express’s own Dubai–Indore flight is operating — which is itself worth confirming at enquiry.
Kuwait. Jazeera Airways’ Kuwait routes were suspended in 2026 and Kuwait’s transit situation has been unstable; we do not plan journeys around this corridor.
Almaty and Astana. Air Astana has no Indian domestic partner; Central Asian origins other than Tashkent currently route with separate tickets.
